Chipotle crema

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream, Mexican crema, or thick yogurt
• 1/2 tsp Chipotle chili powder
• 2 tsp adobo sauce from a can of chipotle chilis in adobo
• 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp Diamond crystal kosher salt
• 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

1. Whisk all ingredients together together in a bowl.
2. If the cream is too thick, whisk in cold water, one teaspoonful at a times.
